You’re at risk of dying from the #1 Killer in America…………Heart Disease!

Heart disease is the cause of 1 out of every 4 deaths a year, that’s about 600,000 victims every year. Heart disease is the #1 killer of both men and women.

In the event of a heart attack, knowing the signs and symptoms will allow you to take immediate action, call 9-1-1, and increase your chance of surviving.

According to the National Heart Attack Alert Program, the major signs are:

– Chest pain or discomfort that comes and goes, or last longer than a few minutes.

– Pain or discomfort in the jaw, neck, arm, back, indigestions, stomach and/or abdominal pain.

– Shortness of breath.

– Nausea, light-headedness, or cold sweats.

Although it is good to know warning signs, the key is to be proactive, to protect yourself and your family members from getting to the point of experiencing a heart attack and possible death.

There are some simple things we can do to decrease the risk in developing heart disease. Lifestyle plays the biggest role.

Control the following:

– Level of stress we experience

– Eating a proper, health promoting diet

– Exercising on a regular basis

Reduce Stress:

Perceptions of the different events that happen in your daily life have a considerable effect on your stress level. Learn to laugh a little more at the events that happen around you. It would be nice to control everything around you, but that would take most of the excitement and joy out of daily living. Although you cannot control everything around you, one thing you can control is your attitude.

You can control your perception of the events that occur around you daily. Admittedly, this is easier said than done, but it is arguably the most important factor in determining longevity. Your thoughts can change the chemistry in your bodies for worse or for better. The way you perceive the events around you make all the difference. Life is short; do not shorten it with negative ideas that change your body chemistry, putting you in a degenerative process, which may lead to heart disease.

Your attitude does not only affect you. Your attitude can have a huge impact on the people around you. Your loved ones might develop negative effects because of the way you perceive and react to the events around you.

Simple Solutions: Meditation, a great way to calm the mind and develop a healthier attitude. Also, throw in a few Mel Brooks and Will Farrell movies or your favorite comedies from time to time, and watch them with the whole family.

Healthy Diet:

You are what you eat, they say at least. There is truth to this. If you are constantly eating highly processed, most likely dead, limited foods, you will be moving towards a state of degeneration in your body.

With the modern American diet you need to eat more real, whole, plant based foods. You need more greens and colorful plants in your diet. The more diverse your diet is in plants, the more you will be moving towards a state of health and help prevent heart disease, among other diseases.

Simple Solution: A quick and easy step you can make to move towards a better diet today is adding the algae Chlorella and Spirulina to your diet. They are real, green, plants, and whole foods. If you are going to start taking a supplement for vitamins and minerals these are the two you want to start with, because they are real, whole foods. Chlorella andSpirulina are both algae and have been around for billions of years.

Healthy Exercise:

With all the gadgets from the latest TV’s to the Tablets and Video games, many people do not get up and move around enough. It has only been a short period of time in human history that we have lived with the “couch potato” lifestyle. Exercise is key to fight off many disorders and diseases.

Simple Solutions: An easy way to start is get up and go for a walk once a day. Take your mp3 and listen to your favorite music or an audio book.

Heart disease is the largest killer of Americans today. It is a lifestyle disease. Although it is important to know the warning signs, it’s better to prevent these signs from occurring. Instead of waiting for a serious event to occur, work to implement some of the tips in this report and help not only create longevity in your life but your family’s lives also. This way we can all experience health, wealth, happiness, and freedom together.
