Shipping policy

Please choose the correct shipping option. Delivery dates are estimates for AFTER orders have been processed,  once out of our office, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If you have any challenges with your packages, please connect directly with your carrier as often they can give more information to you, rather than our business.

Please note that sometimes it takes 24-48 business hours for labels to be scanned by carriers. 

If you'd you like your order shipped quicker, please select an express option at checkout and connect with us at Support@wujilife.com.  We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note, we are closed on the weekends and can only ship as fast as the carrier you choose.

We appreciate your understanding that we are not a huge online retailer and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Orders are processed within 2 business days of being received and does not include shipping time. 

Please expect shipping time delays during SURGE season (November-January).
