Badass GF Brownies with a Hidden Superfood Twist 🌿🍫

Get ready for a brownie recipe that not only tastes amazing but also sneaks in some serious health benefits!

These gluten-free brownies are packed with rich chocolate flavor and a secret boost from Wuji Organic Chlorella or Spirulina.

Perfect for kids and adults alike, these brownies are a delicious way to support immunity, focus, and brain health without anyone noticing the green goodness inside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 1 1/2 TBS Wuji Organic Chlorella or Organic Spirulina
  • 3 1/2 TBS Melted Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients—Almond Flour, Coconut Sugar, Dark Chocolate Chips, Baking Soda, Eggs, Cocoa Powder, Pink Himalayan Salt, Wuji Organic Chlorella or Spirulina, Melted Coconut Oil, and Vanilla Extract.
  3. Gently mix until everything is well combined. The batter will be thick, so don't worry if it seems a little dense.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared dish and use a spatula to even it out.
  5. For an extra touch, sprinkle some additional salt, chocolate chips, or pecans on top.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes. You'll know they're ready when the edges are dry, and the center is just slightly jiggly. Don’t worry if they puff up and deflate a little as they cool—that’s perfectly normal.
  7. Let them cool, slice, and enjoy these brownies on their own or with your favorite toppings like bananas, whipped cream, or ice cream.
